摘 要:为了解决大倾角液压支架试验装置转动驱动机构齿轮接触受力复杂问题,通过分析驱动机构齿轮在不同时刻的接触及载荷情况,将齿轮传动模型导入ADAMS中仿真获取相关特性,模拟齿轮轮齿接触啮合情况及啮合力的波动范围,并对仿真结果作了分析对比。对展开角范围内渐开线对的啮合过程进行静力学分析,从渐开线特性推出齿轮传动的定传动比特性,得出主动齿轮转动90°过程中轮齿的啮合情况和依次交替的过程。In order to solve the complex contact force problem of the gear of the rotating driving mechanism of the test device of the hydraulic support with large inclination angle, the contact and load of the gear of the driving mechanism at different times were analyzed. The gear transmission model was imported into ADAMS to simulate the relevant characteristics, the contact meshing situation of gear teeth and the fluctuation range of meshing force. And the simulation results were analyzed and compared. The engagement process of involute pairs in the range of expansion angle was analyzed statically. The fixed transmission ratio characteristic of gear transmission was deduced from the involute characteristics. The engagement situation and the successive alternation process of gear teeth in the process of 90°rotation of active gear were solved.
