摘 要:目的探讨数字化X线摄影对诊断肺部小结节病灶的临床价值。方法对2011年1月~2012年12月期间河南省直属机关第一门诊部影像科进行检查肺部小结节病灶的84例患者作为此次探究对象进行回顾性分析,均为其开展"传统X线摄影"和"数字化摄影"检查,并以病理学检查为金标准,比较两种检查方式的检查准确性,并对ROC曲线进行绘制。结果数字化摄影(DR)检查的准确率高于传统X线摄影的检查准确率,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组ROC曲线面积大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。数字化摄影检查诊断肺部小结节的敏感度、特异度与传统X线摄影检查诊断比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对进行诊断肺部小结节病灶的患者进行数字化X线摄影方法,其数字化摄影胸片发现肺部小结节病灶的能力要显著优于传统X线摄影。Objective To explore the clinical value of digital X-ray photography in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, 84 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis. Both " traditional X-ray photography" and " digital photography" examinations were carried out. Pathology examination was taken as the gold standard. The accuracy of the two examination methods was compared, and ROC curves were drawn. Results The accuracy rate of digital photography (DR) was higher than that of traditional X-ray photography, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The area of ROC curve in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of digital radiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules were statistically significant compared with traditional X-ray radiography (P < 0.05). Conclusion Digital X-ray radiography is superior to traditional X-ray radiography in the ability of finding small pulmonary nodules on digital chest radiography.
