摘  要:给48头去势断奶公猪分别饲喂基础日粮和0.2%毕赤酵母甘露寡糖日粮,于试验第14 d进行口服大肠杆菌(K88+K99,1010CFU/ml)攻毒,于试验第24 d统计生长性能、测定肠道黏膜免疫细胞数量。结果表明:毕赤酵母甘露寡糖能改善大肠杆菌攻毒对仔猪造成的生长速度下降和饲料效率降低;毕赤酵母甘露寡糖能增加上皮细胞间淋巴细胞和杯状细胞数量。说明毕赤酵母甘露寡糖在大肠杆菌感染时可以通过改变免疫细胞数量来提高机体局部免疫反应,防止免疫过度激活,改善仔猪生长性能。Forty-eight weaned crossbred barrows were randomly assigned to two treatments of Control and 0.2% Pichia guilliermondii mannan oligosaccharides (PG MOS) groups. On 14 d of experiment time, half piglets of each group were challenged withE. coli (K88+K99, 1010 CFU/ml). The growth performance, quantities of immune cells in intestinal mucosa of piglets were observed. The results showed that PG MOS improved the growth performance and feed efficiency after pigs were challenged by E. Coli . Intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes cells and intraepithelial goblet cells were increased with the PG MOS treatments. It indicated that PG MOS supplements improved growth performance of piglets during E. Coli challenged with enhanced the local immune response, changed immune cells number and prevented immune systemover-activation.
