微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的早期效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术在临床中治疗胸腰椎骨折的早期效果。方法:选择86例胸腰椎骨折患者,遵守随机分配法,平均分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43)。对照组行常规手术方式治疗,观察组行微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术治疗,比较两组患者治疗后术中出血量、平均手术时间、平均住院时间以及治疗前后疼痛评分情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组术中出血量、平均手术时间以及平均住院时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于胸腰椎骨折患者而言,在掌握手术适应证的前提下行微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术进行治疗,可缓解疼痛感、缩短住院时间、手术时间短,不失为一种有效且可靠的手术方式。Objective To observe and analyze the early effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Method 86 patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2018 were selected to observe random distribution rules and were divided into the control group(n=43) and the observation group(n=43).The control group was given routine surgical treatment,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous transpedicular fixation.The amount of bleeding,the average operation time,the average time of hospitalization and the pain scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results before treatment,the difference of pain scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding volume,the average operative time and the average hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion for the patients with thoracolumbar fracture,minimally invasive percutaneous transpedicular fixation under the premise of mastering surgical indications can relieve pain,shorten the time of hospitalization and shorten the operation time.It is an effective and reliable operative method.
