摘  要:目的:观察氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年9月~2018年9月收治的60例哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予氧驱动雾化吸入治疗。结果:观察组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的反复喘息、胸闷咳嗽及呼吸困难消失时间及住院时间均明显缩短,血氧饱和度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗相比,氧驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation and air compressor pump atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma.Method 60 children with asthma from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given air compressor pump atomization inhalation treatment,and the observation group was given oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the repeated wheezing,chest tightness,cough and dyspnea disappeared time and the hospitalization time were significantly shortened,and the blood oxygen saturation was significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with air compressor pump atomization inhalation therapy,oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation has significant curative effect on children with asthma,which is worthy of clinical application.
