基于数据挖掘技术分析针刺治疗偏头痛的经穴规律

摘　　要：目的分析并总结针刺治疗偏头痛的选穴共性和规律。方法采用以"偏头痛""针刺""选穴""疗效分析"为主题词加关键词的检索方式,收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、Medline数据库中针刺治疗偏头痛的临床文献,用Excel 2003软件建立治疗偏头痛针刺处方主穴数据库,运用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则方法和聚类方法,分析针刺处方用穴的特点和规律。结果总纳入针刺处方72条,使用频次最高的穴位、经络和部位分别为风池、足少阳胆经和头面部及颈项部,关联规则结果显示置信度最高的穴位组合为百会、风池,聚类分析结果显示存在3个有效聚类群。结论临床治疗偏头痛可以使用百会、太阳、风池组合,并结合具体情况搭配太冲、阳陵泉等穴位进行辨证施治。Objective: To analyze and summarize the regularity of acupoint selection on migraine with acupuncture. Methods: The clinical literatures on the treatment of migraine with Acupuncture in CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and Medline databases were collected by using the search method of “migraine”“acupuncture”“acupoint selection” and “curative effect analysis” as keywords. Excel 2003 software was used to establish the database of main acupoints of acupuncture prescriptions for migraine. The characteristics and rules of acupoints used in acupuncture prescriptions were analyzed by association rule method and clustering method in data mining technology. Results: 72 acupuncture prescriptions were included. The most frequently used acupoints,meridians and collaterals were Fengchi,the foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian,the head face and the neck,respectively. The results of association rules showed that Baihui and Fengchi were the most reliable combination of acupoints. Cluster analysis showed that there were three effective clusters. Conclusion: Clinical treatment of migraine can use Baihui,Taiyang and Fengchi combination,combined with specific conditions with Taichong,Yanglingquan and other acupoints for syndrome differentiation and treatment.
