丹红注射液对比复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析的方法比较丹红与复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法通过计算机检索Cochrane试验资料库(2018年第1期)、Embase(1966年至2018年3月)、Pubmed(1966年至2018年3月)、中国学术文献总库(CNKI)(1979年至2018年3月)、中文科技期刊数据库(1989年至2018年3月)、万方数字期刊库(1981年至2018年3月),由2名评价员分别独立的筛选文献、并对文献进行质量评估,从文献中获取相关数据,应用RevMan 5.3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析。结果初步检索出187篇文献,纳入符合标准者11篇。从症状疗效来分析:χ2=9.73,df=10,P=0.46,合并OR=3.23,95%CI[2.17,4.80],Z=5.80 (P <0.00001);从心电图疗效来分析:χ2=8.55,df=10,P=0.58,合并OR=2.27,95%CI[1.68,3.05],Z=5.38(P <0.00001)。结论丹红注射液较复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛在缓解症状及改善心电图方面效果更好,两药均未发现明显不良反应。Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Danhong Injection and Compound Danshen Injection on coronary angina pectoris by Meta-analysis. Methods: Computer was used to search Cochrane trial database,Embase,Pubmed,CNKI,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database and Wan Fang. Two evaluators independently screened articles and evaluated the quality of the articles. RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the extracted data. Results: 187 documents were initially retrieved,11 of which met the inclusion criteria. Analysis from the effect of symptoms:χ2=9.73,df=10,P = 0.46,combined OR=3.23,95%CI[2.17,4.80],Z = 5.80(P < 0.00001);analysis from the effect of electrocardiogram:χ2=8.55,df=10,P = 0.58,combined OR=2.27,95%CI[1.68,3.05],Z = 5.38(P < 0.00001). Conclusion: Danhong Injection is better than Compound Danshen Injection in relieving symptoms and improving electrocardiogram on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. No obvious adverse reactions were found in both drugs.
