摘 要:应用三维数字化铸造工艺设计方法对某型柴油机机体进行工艺设计及试制验证。三维环境下演示坭芯装配,优化下芯顺序,用三维铸造工艺仿真模拟软件进行优化,提高铸造工艺设计效率和准确性,为后续铸造工艺设计提供了依据。The process design and trial production verification of some diesel engine body have been carried out by use of the three-dimensional digital casting process design method. Under the three-dimensional environment, the core assembly has been demonstrated and the core sequence has been optimized. The simulation software of three-dimensional casting process has been used to carry out the optimization. The efficiency and accuracy of the casting process design has been improved which provides a basis for the subsequent casting process design.
