摘 要:CpG ODN作为一种拥有巨大应用前景的新型免疫增强剂而备受关注,近年来成为疫病防治领域研究的热点。CpG ODN作为一种新型免疫增强剂,在促进免疫应答方面存在一定优势,CpG ODN在一定剂量范围内安全性高,有效性好。主要从CpG ODN的分类和结构、免疫调节机制、作为免疫增强剂的作用以及安全性等方面进行阐述,旨在为CpG ODN作为免疫增强剂的进一步研究提供参考。As a new type of immunopotentiator with great application prospects, CpG ODN has attracted much attention and has become a research hotspot in the field of epidemic prevention and treatment in recent years. As a novel immunopotentiator, CpG ODN has certain advantages in promoting immune response. CpG ODN is safe and effective in a certain dose range. This paper mainly described the classification and structure of CpG ODN, immunoregulatory mechanism, role as an immunopotentiator and safety, and aimed to provide reference for further research of CpG ODN as an immunopotentiator.
