晚清红顶盐商王余照史事新考——兼论近代盐商史研究中新史料的发掘与利用

摘　　要：晚清四川大盐商王余照的生平亊迹主要见于《自流井王三畏堂兴亡纪要》《王三畏堂百年沧桑》两篇文献,但其中所载王余照"捐银赈灾受赏""捣毁水厘局""反对官运商销政策"三大亊件存在明显史实错误。这些错误反映出近代盐商史研究所倚赖的常用史料的局限性,凸显出新史料的収掘与利用对于呈现近代盐商多元历史面相的重要意义与历史价值。Based on the memorial of the Governor of the late Qing Dynasty, this article has carried out a new research on the life story of Wang Yuzhao, a salt merchant in Sichuan Province in the late Qing Dynasty, and revised the two articles of “The Rise and Fall of Wang Sanwei Hall in Ziliujing”“A Hundred Years Vicissitudes of Wang Sanwei Hall”. The mistakes in the three major events recorded in the rwo books concerning Wang Yuzhao’s donation of silver for disasters relief and thus be awarded, the demolition of water resources, and the opposition to the official business and sales policy. Based on the examples, the article explores the importance of the exploration and utilization of new historical materials in the study of Zigong salt business history for presenting multiple historical aspects.
