摘  要:以需求为牵引,问题为导向,分析了农业生产对气象服务的新需求,找出了传统农业气象业务服务的弊端,提出了构建农作物气象守护智能服务模式的设想。提出了新型服务模式的构建原则、技术框架及目标任务,对新模式实施的关键技术进行了分析,该新型服务模式可望有效改进传统服务模式存在的问题,为乡村振兴及精准扶贫等国家战略提供更优质的气象服务。New requirements of meteorological service for agricultural production were analyzed to find out the disadvantages of traditional meteorological service in agriculture,based on which a conception of establishment of a smart meteorological service model for crops was put forward.In this conception the principle of establishment of a new service model,technical framework and target task were put forward.The key technologies in the implementation of this new model were also analyzed.The new service model is expected to improve the traditional service model,providing a better meteorological service for rural revitalization and precision alleviation of poverty.
