摘　　要：海南农业科技110服务体系呈现出与国家重大政策融合发展、服务体系多元化与网络化、服务内容多样化的特征。当前海南农业科技110面临品牌生存发展、投入机制需要创新、服务依托载体需要发展升级、科技人员整体素质需要提升的突出问题。因此,应优化农业科技110服务布局,做大做强农业科技110;围绕产业和市场需求,丰富科技服务内容,提升服务质量与能力;完善激励机制,壮大农业科技服务队伍;推进农业科技110服务体系升级,擦亮海南农业科技110服务品牌。Hainan Agricultural Science and Technology 110 service system is characterized by the integration and development of major national policies,the diversification and networking of service systems,and the diversification of service content.At present,Hainan Agricultural Science and Technology 110 faces the problem of brand survival and development,investment mechanism innovation,service carrier upgrading,and overall quality improvement of technical personnel.Therefore,we should optimize the distribution of agricultural science and technology service and make it stronger.We should focus on industry and market demand,enrich the content of science and technology service,and improve the quality and ability.We should improve the incentive mechanism and strengthen the team of agricultural science and technology service.We should promote the transformation and upgrading of Hainan Agricultural Science and Technology 110 service system and polish Hainan brand.
