摘　　要：按照交通运输部和湖南省交通运输厅的统一部署,依托湘江二级航道二期工程项目建设,始终坚持以"创新、绿色"为引领,认真践行高质量发展新理念。从积极推进发展理念人本化、项目管理专业化、工程施工标准化、管理手段信息化、日常管理精细化5个方面扎实开展品质工程示范。将现代工程管理理念、管理技术和管理方法深入落实到项目建设全过程,全面提升项目建设管理的能力和水平;将项目打造成质优耐久、安全舒适、经济环保、社会满意、自然和谐的品质工程示范项目。According to the Ministry of Transport and Hunan Province transportation hall s unified deployment relying on the Xiangjiang River second stage of the second level waterway construction project always adhere to the innovation green as the guide the new concept of high-quality development has been earnestly implemented The quality engineering demonstration solidly is carried out from 5 aspects which are actively promote the concept of people-oriented development professional project management engineering construction standardization information management means and refinement of daily management The modern engineering management concept management technology and management method are deeply implemented into the whole process of project construction therefore comprehensively improve the ability and level of project construction management The project has been built into a quality engineering demonstration project of excellent durability safety and comfort economic and environmental protection social satisfaction and natural harmony.
