摘  要:通过固体表面能、液体静/动态表面张力、接触角、铺展等测试,研究了添加聚醚改性三硅氧烷(SE-90)的20%苯醚甲环唑·10%吡唑醚菌酯、整理剂、聚丙烯酸乳液在不同基材上的润湿性能。结果显示,SE-90临界胶束浓度为1. 29×10-4mol/L,饱和吸附量为2. 4×10-12mol/mm2,能大幅降低应用体系表面张力;当SE-90质量分数为0. 1%时,即能使20%苯醚甲环唑·10%吡唑醚菌酯在柑橘叶面几乎完全润湿,使整理后的棉布亲水性小于5 s; SE-90用量为0. 2%时即能使聚丙烯酸乳液在大部分基材表面具有优良的润湿性和延展性。SE-90的润湿效果受基材表面能、表面组成、润湿剂动/静态表面张力、润湿剂与基材极性匹配等多因素综合影响,在具有一定极性分量的表面润湿性优于非极性表面。三硅氧烷表面活性剂可通过改变接枝聚醚结构,调节与基材表面的亲和力,在涂料中,泡沫易消,不影响基材重涂性,具有应用优势。Through the test of the solid surface energy,the fluid static/dynamic surface tension,contact angle and spreadability,The wettability of polyoxyethylene modified trisiloxane on low-energy surface such as citrus leaf,cotton,PS,PET,Al,maple,etc were investigated.The systems were 20% difenoconazole,10%pyraclostrobin EC,finishing agent and polyacrylic emulsion.Results show that the critical micelle concentration and monolayer adsorption saturation capacity of SE-90 were 1.29×10^-4 mol/L and 2.4×10^-12 mol/mm^2,respectively,which significantly reduces the surface tension of theapplication system.When the solution of 0.1% SE-90 drops on the citrus leaf,i.e.20% difenoconazole and 10% pyraclostrobin can be almost completely wetted,and the hydrophilicity of the finished cotton cloth is less than 5 s.Polyacrylic emulsion with 0.2% SE-90 had excellent wettability and spreading on most substrates.The wettability of SE-90 is affected by many factors,such as surface free energy,surface composition,dynamic/static surface tension of wetting agent and the affinity of SE-90 for substrates.The wettability of SE-90 is better than that of non-polar surface with certain polarity component.The trisiloxane surfactants can adjust their affinity with the substrates surface by changing the grafted polyoxyethylene structure.In the coating,the foam is easy to disappear and it will not affect the recoating property on the substrate.
