摘  要:介绍了自制硅橡胶清洗修复剂的开发原理,并研究了该清洗修复剂在实验室条件和实际工况条件下对硅橡胶复合绝缘子及表面涂覆RTV硅橡胶的瓷绝缘子的清洗、修复性能。结果表明,自制硅橡胶清洗修复剂清洗(除尘、除盐)效果优异,在实验室条件及实际工况环境下均能高效清除绝缘子表面的积污,使其表面恢复原有颜色;同时,该清洗修复剂还能恢复绝缘子表面的憎水性,清洗后的绝缘子表面憎水性可达HC1级。This paper introduces the development principle of self-made silicone rubber cleaning-repairing agent,and studies the cleaning-repairing performance of the cleaning-repairing agent on the insulator and ceramic insulator coated with RTV silicone rubber in the conditions of laboratory and actual working environment.Results show that the cleaning-repairing agent has excellent cleaning performance(dedusting and desalting),and effectively removes the dirt on the surface of the insulator in the conditions of laboratory and actual working environment,so that the surface of the insulator can be restored to its original colour.At the same time,The cleaning-repairing agent can also restore the hydrophobicity of the surface of the insulator,and the surface of the insulator can reach level HC1 after cleaning.
