摘　　要：新疆独山子1 000 kt/a乙烯装置将防腐蚀零星管理方式转变为工艺防腐体系管控,针对装置内极易产生腐蚀的系统及管道进行重点腐蚀分析,为使措施管控落地,编制了《100万吨乙烯装置工艺防腐控制手册》,并要求按时提报防腐月度总结,把防腐工作从被动的抓设备防腐转变为工艺、设备防腐有机整合,提前进行预防和调整干预,确保防腐工作有效、到位。The 1000 kt/a ethylene plant in Dushanzi transformed its corrosion protection management mode from sporadic management to process corrosion protection system. Corrosion analysis was carried out on corrosion-prone systems and pipelines in the plant. The Process Corrosion Control Handbook for 1000 kt/a Ethylene Plant was compiled, and monthly report of corrosion protection was requested to be submitted on time. The passive equipment corrosion protection was transformed into integrated process and equipment corrosion protection, and the corrosion was prevented and intervened in advance, so as to ensure effective corrosion protection.
