摘 要:徐深气田火山岩气藏埋藏深,储层平面展布连续性差、变化快、非均质性强,直井产量低,通过几年的探索研究,水平井已成为火山岩气藏的有效开发技术,但由于火山岩气藏普遍含底水,且大部分水平井为压裂投产,现有的合理产量计算方法未考虑到出水的影响。因此,①通过建立典型水平井的地质模型,在对单井及邻井历史开采数据拟合的基础上,确定各区水平井合理工作制度及产能主控因素;②采取临界携液流量、底水脊进临界产量、采气指示曲线法等气藏工程方法,综合考虑气井携液、底水锥进等多种因素,结合数值模拟方法确定合理单井配产方案。结果表明:优化和改进水平井开发的合理工作制度有效指导了水平井生产,延缓了产量递减及底水上升,取得明显的经济效益。For most deeper volcanic-rock gas reservoirs in Xushen gasfield, their planar distribution is characterized by poor continuity, fast change, and strong heterogeneity. And vertical-well drilling keeps at a lower rate. After years of study, it’s found that horizontal- well drilling is the most effective. However, there is generally bottom water, many horizontal wells were put into production after fracturing, and some ways to calculate a rational production rate didn’t take the effect of water production into consideration. So, a geological model was established for typical horizontal wells. Then, based on historical match of production data on single well and its neighboring ones, a rational working system and main productivity control factors of horizontal wells in each zone were determined and analyzed. Finally, considering multiple factors of both liquid carrying in gas well and bottom-water coning, a rational single-well proration plan was prepared by means of reservoir engineering (e.g. critical liquid carrying flow rate, critical flow rate of bottom-water coning, and indicating production curve), combined with numerical simulation. It’s indicated that, to optimize and improve the rational working system plays an effective role in guiding horizontal-well production. And it may delay production decline and bottom-water ascending, and achieves significant economic benefits.
