h指数在期刊评价中的应用——以环境科学类中文核心期刊为例

摘　　要：为评价环境科学类中文期刊的影响力,本文主要以《中文核心期刊要目总览(2014版)》中22种环境科学类核心期刊为例,研究h指数在期刊评价中的应用。采用中国知网上的被引数据作为基础,计算各期刊的h指数,首次将h指数排名与中国知网、中国科学技术科技信息研究所统计的环境科学类期刊综合评价总分、核心影响因子、影响力指数等其他主要评价指标进行比较。结果表明:期刊的h指数评价结果与其他指标的评价结果总体趋势基本一致,h指数可以作为期刊评价指标体系的有益补充。本文对h指数应用于环境科学类期刊评价的优势和不足进行了分析。In order to evaluate the influence of Chinese journals in environmental science,the application of the h index in periodical evaluation is studied,this paper mainly takes the 22 core journals in the Summary of Chinese Core Periodicals(2014 Edition)as an example,calculates the h index of each Journal based on the quoted data on the China Knowledge Network.For the first time,the ranking of the h index is compared with other major evaluation indicators such as the total score,core impact factor,and influence index of the comprehensive evaluation of environmental science journals according to the statistics of China Zhiwang and Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China.The result shows that the evaluation results of the h index of journals are consistent with the general trend of other indicators.The h index can be used as a useful supplement to the evaluation index system of journals.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the h index to the evaluation of environmental science journals are analyzed.
