政策支持、心理资本对农民旅游创业意愿影响研究——以湘西十八洞村为例  

Research on the Influence Mechanism and Path of Policy Support to Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship Willingness Mediating Effect Based on Psychological Capital

摘　　要：地方居民作为乡村旅游扶贫工作的出发点和归宿点,其旅游参与行为模式对带动地方经济发展具有重要意义,旅游创业行为便是重要一环。通过构建以心理资本为中介变量的结构方程模型,检验政策支持对居民旅游创业意愿影响的作用机理及路径。研究发现:(1)乡村旅游地政府政策支持能对旅游地居民的创业意愿产生正向影响;(2)政策支持能够通过不同的心理资本要素对旅游地居民的创业意愿产生不同程度的正向影响;(3)心理资本在政策支持和创业意愿之间起部分中介作用;(4)自我效能与乐观的心理资本维度在政策支持与创业意愿之间起多重中介效应。As the starting point and destination of rural tourism poverty alleviation work,local residents’tourism participation behavior model is of great significance to promote local economic development,and tourism entrepreneurship behavior is an important part.By constructing a structural equation model with psychological capital as a mediator variable,the research examines the mechanism and path of the influence of policy support on residents*willingness to travel and entrepreneurship.The study found that:(1)The government policy support of rural tourism destinations can have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial will of the residents of the tourist destinations;(2)The policy support can generate different degrees of positive intentions for the residents of the tourist destinations through different psychological capital elements.(3)Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role between policy support and entrepreneurial willingness;(4)Self-efficacy and optimistic psychological capital dimension play multiple mediating effects between policy support and entrepreneurial will.
