摘 要:目的讨论非语言沟通技巧在儿科护理管理工作中的作用。方法选取100例该院儿科在2016年1月—2018年1月治疗的患儿,根据入院的顺序不同分实验组(非语言沟通技巧护理管理)和对照组(常规护理管理)。结果在患儿护理效果上,实验组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理服务满意度上,实验组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理态度满意度上,实验组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患儿生活质量评分上,实验组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将非语言沟通技巧使用在儿科护理管理中,可以增加患儿以及家属的护理满意率,提高护理质量,改善患儿的生活质量,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the effect of non-verbal communication skills in the nursing management work in the department of pediatrics. Methods 100 cases of children treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group respectively used the non-verbal communication skills and routine nursing management. Results The nursing effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of non-verbal communication skills in the nursing management work in the department of pediatric can increase the satisfactory rate of children, improve the nursing quality and improve the quality of life of children, and it is of important clinical value.
