摘　　要：合成了一种含磷羟基的活性单体含膦丙烯酸(PHEA),PHEA与聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液混合,成膜后得到高透明柔性的PVA/PHEA薄膜。采用~1HNMR、FTIR分别表征了PHEA和PVA/PHEA薄膜的结构,通过紫外可见光谱、X-射线衍射(XRD)图谱和拉伸实验研究了薄膜的透明性、结晶性和柔性,通过微型燃烧量热法(MCC)、垂直燃烧实验(UL 94 VTM)和极限氧指数(LOI)研究了薄膜的阻燃性,并通过热分析(TG-DTG)研究了薄膜的稳定性。结果表明,PHEA的O=P-OH与PVA的-OH在80℃可反应;PHEA的加入降低了PVA的结晶性;含30%PHEA的PVA薄膜的透明度是纯PVA薄膜的95%。PVA/PHEA薄膜垂直燃烧达到阻燃UL 94 V0级别时,其断裂伸长率提高了4.47倍。PHEA的加入不仅延缓了热量释放,而且降低了PVA的热释放速率和热释放总量。PHEA是一种能提高PVA阻燃性和柔性,同时保持PVA高透明性的环保阻燃剂。We synthesized phosphorus containing acrylic acid(PHEA),and prepared PVA/PHEA film with high transparency and flexibility by mixing PHEA with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) aqueous solution.Moreover,we characterized the structures of PHEA and PVA/PHEA film by 1HNMR and FTIR,and investigated the transparency,crystallinity,and flexibility of PVA/PHEA film by UV vis spectra,XRD patterns,and tensile experiments.Furthermore,we evaluated the flame retardance of PVA/ PHEA film by limited oxygen index(LOI) and vertical combustion experiment(UL 94 VTM),and microscale combustion calorimetry(MCC).Meanwhile,we studied the stability by thermal analysis(TG-DTG).The results show that O=P-OH of PHEA can react with -OH of PVA at 80 ℃,and the addition of PHEA decreases the crystallinity of PVA.PVA/ PHEA film containing 30% PHEA(PVA/PHEA30) can retain 95% of original transparency of pure PVA film,and the elongation at break of PVA/PHEA30 film is 4.47 times higher than the pure PVA film when reaching the UL 94 V0.Besides,the addition of PHEA not only slows the heat release,but also reduces the heat release rate and total heat.PHEA is an environmental flame retardant which can improve the flame retardancy and flexibility of PVA without reducing the high transparency of PVA .
