摘　　要：文章系统梳理了国内土地利用转型研究进展,探讨未来土地利用转型研究的重点方向,以期为促进新时代下土地资源合理、高效利用提供参考,从而优化国土空间格局,促进区域可持续发展。研究表明,我国的土地利用转型研究日趋成熟,涉及范围广,但由于其引入国内不久,仍存在诸如尚未形成统一理论指导、尚处于描述-解释阶段等不足,对此,后续研究可尝试从以下几方面进行探索:(1)强化土地利用转型研究对政策制定与完善的理论支撑作用;(2)完善基础理论研究,拓展研究框架;(3)充分挖掘新时期土地利用转型内涵,完善土地利用形态表征体系;(4)强化土地利用转型效应综合评价的定量化研究。This paper systematically reviews the research progress of domestic land use transformation,and discusses the key research directions of future land use transformation,in order to provide reference for promoting the rational and efficient use of land resources in the new era,so as to optimize the spatial land structure and promote regional sustainable development.Studies have shown that the research of land use transformation in China is becoming more and more mature,which involves a wide range,however,it has just been introduced into China,there are still some shortcomings such as the lack of unified theoretical guidance,the research is still in the description-interpretation stage,etc.Hence,the follow-up research can try to explore from the following aspects:(1)Strengthen the theoretical support of the research of land use transformation on policy formulation and improvement;(2)Improve basic theory research and expand research framework;(3)Fully explore the connotation of land use transformation in the new era and improve land use morphological representation system;(4)Strengthen the quantitative research on comprehensive evaluation of land use transformation effects.
