摘 要:目的探讨三维一体健康教育在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能指标中的应用。方法选择2016年2月至2017年3月我院收治的86例COPD患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者急性期入院期间给予抗感染、吸氧等常规干预。观察组患者在对照组基础上给予三维一体健康教育。比较两组患者干预后的有效排痰、感染控制时间和痰鸣音消失时间,比较两组患者干预前后的肺功能指标以及心理健康水平。结果观察组患者的有效排痰时间、感染控制时间和痰鸣音消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预6个月后,两组患者的FEV_1、FVC、FEV_1/FVC水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者的SAS,SDS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者三维一体健康教育能够改善COPD患者的有效排痰时间、感染控制时间和痰鸣音消失时间,提高患者干预后的肺功能,优化患者的心理健康水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of three-dimensional integrated health education in improving lung function indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods To select 86 cases of patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine interventions such as anti-infection and oxygen inhalation during the acute phase of admission. Patients in the observation group were given the three-dimensional integrated health education on the basis of the control group. The effective sputum excretion, infection control time and disappearance time of snoring sounds of patients in the two groups were compared. The lung function indexes and mental health levels of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results The effective sputum time, infection control time, and disappearance time of rales caused by sputum in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05﹚. After 6 months of intervention, the FEV 1, FVC, and FEV 1/FVC levels of the two groups were higher than that before the intervention. The levels of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05﹚. The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05﹚. Conclusion Three-dimensional integrated health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the effective drainage time, infection control time and disappearance time of snoring in COPD patients.
