摘 要:目的探讨多维度系统化健康教育对妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎孕妇疾病认知、治疗依从性及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月我院收治的妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎孕妇154例,将2015年1月至2016年6月收治的77例妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎孕妇作为对照组,实施常规护理;将2016年7月至2018年1月收治的77例妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎孕妇作为观察组,实施常规护理+多维度系统化健康教育。采用自编疾病认知评价表评估孕妇入院时、出院时疾病认知水平,干预后1个月复诊时评估孕妇的服药依从性,比较两组孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率。结果出院时,观察组孕妇疾病认知水平得分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预后1个月,观察组的各条目服药依从率及总服药依从率均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组的妊娠不良结局总发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多维度系统化健康教育有助于提高妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎孕妇对疾病的认知水平和治疗依从性,且对于改善妊娠结局有积极作用。Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional systematic health education on disease cognition,treatment compliance and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with acute pyelonephritis during pregnancy.Methods A total of 154 pregnant women with acute pyelonephritis during pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.A total of 77 pregnant women with acute pyelonephritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the control group,and they were treated with routine nursing.A total of 77 pregnant women with acute pyelonephritis who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group,and they were treated with routine nursing and multi-dimensional systematic health education.The disease cognition of the pregnant women at the time of admission and discharge were evaluated by self-made disease cognition evaluation table.After 1 month of intervention,the drug compliance of the pregnant women was evaluated at the time of returning to the clinic,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups was compared.Results At discharge,the scores of disease cognitive status of pregnant women in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the medication adherence rates of each part and the total medication compliance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional systematic health education can improve the cognitive level and treatment compliance of pregnant women with acute pyelonephritis during pregnancy.Meanwhile,it has a positive effect on improving pregnancy outcomes.
