优质护理在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者经腭咽成型术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)经腭咽成型术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月我院接受腭咽成型术治疗的OSAHS患者30例作为对照组,予以常规护理。选取2017年3月至2018年3月我院接受腭咽成型术治疗的OSAHS患者30例作为研究组,予以优质护理。比较两组术后疼痛状况,护理前后心理状态以及护理后患者生活质量(SF-36评分)情况。结果术后研究组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。护理后研究组生理状态评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。护理后研究组各项SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论优质护理应用于OSAHS患者经腭咽成型术治疗过程中可显著缓解疼痛,消除患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)undergoing uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Methods To select 30 cases of patients with OSAHS who underwent uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 as the control group, and they were treated with routine nursing. A total of 30 patients with OSAHS who underwent velopharyngeal surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study group, and they were treated with high-quality nursing. The postoperative pain status, psychological status before and after nursing, and quality of life (SF-36 score)of the patients after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After the surgery, the pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05). The physiological status score of the study group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The SF-36 scores in the study group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying high-quality nursing in patients with OSAHS during uvulopalatopharyngoplasty can relieve pain during the treatment significantly. Meanwhile, it can eliminate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life among the patients.
