摘 要:我国农业保险已进入加快创新发展时期,随着科学技术在农业保险领域的不断深入,新兴科技手段在农业保险中的应用日益普遍,对我国农业保险实现供给侧结构性改革发挥着至关重要的作用。本文首先阐述了我国农业保险目前发展的现状,其次分析了由于科技创新不足所引发的农业保险产品设计、理赔、监督、巨灾等方面的问题,最后重点研究了解决农业保险现存问题的有效措施——科技创新,提出了新兴科技手段有利于农业保险和农业金融的发展,并最终助力农业保险体系实现更好更快飞跃。China's agricultural insurance has entered a period of accelerated innovation and development.With the continuous deepening of science and technology in the field of agricultural insurance,the application of emerging scientific and technological means in agricultural insurance is increasingly common,which plays a crucial role in realizing the supply-side structural reform of China's agricultural insurance.At first,this paper expounds the current development of agricultural insurance in our country at present.Then analyzes the causes caused by a lack of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural insurance product design,claim,supervise,catastrophe problem.Finally focuses on the effective measures to solve the problem of the existing agricultural insurance,scientific and technological innovation,suggests that the new technology promote the development of agricultural insurance and agricultural finance and ultimately boost agricultural insurance system to achieve better and faster development.
