摘 要:为了研究混杂纤维增强粉煤灰陶粒混凝土配合比的影响因素及确定其最优配合比,本文基于正交理论,通过对混杂纤维增强粉煤灰陶粒混凝土配合比的设计,分析了水泥用量、砂率、聚丙烯纤维掺量对塌落度、立方体抗压强度、劈拉强度的影响。结果表明,砂率对塌落度的影响最为显著,水泥用量对立方体抗压强度的影响最为显著,抗压强度随着水泥用量的增加而增加。对单指标试验结果进行计算后,利用综合平衡法,分析各项指标的重要性及其各项指标中的因素主次,水平优劣等因素,确定了混杂纤维增强粉煤灰陶粒混凝土配合比的最优因素水平组合。从力学性能及环保角度考虑,混杂纤维增强粉煤灰陶粒混凝土有着广阔的应用前景。In order to study the influencing factors of mixing ratio of hybrid fiber reinforced fly-ash aggregate concrete and determine its optimal mix ratio,based on orthogonal method,the mix ratio of hybrid fiber reinforced fly-ash aggregate concrete was designed.The effect of cement content,sand ratio and the mixing amount of polypropylene fiber on the slump and cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were studied.The results show that,the sand ratio on slump is most significant.The effect of the cement content on cube compression strength is most significant,and cube compressive strength increased with the cement content increasing.After calculating the results of the single index test,the importance of various indicators and the factors in the indicators、the level of quality and other factors were analyzed,and the optimal factor level combination of hybrid fiber reinforced fly-ash aggregate concrete was determined based on integrated balance method.Considering the mechanical properties and environment protection,the hybrid fiber reinforced fly-ash aggregate concrete has a vast application prospect.
