信必可联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清IgE及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨信必可联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清IgE及肺功能的影响。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年3月间该院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者80例作为研究对象,并根据患者的接诊日期将患者分为实验组与对照组,每组患者40例,对照组患者单独使用信必可治疗,实验组患者使用信必可联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。观察两组患者的肺活量(VC),用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)以及患者的血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α变化情况、治疗有效率。结果实验组患者VC/(0.70±0.15)L、FVC/(0.73±0.08)L、FEV1/(0.69±0.09)L,对照组患者分别为(0.65±0.02)L、(0.62±0.12)L、(0.63±0.14)L,实验组患者的肺功能各项指标变化情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.089 6、4.823 8、2.280 0,P<0.05),实验组患者的肺功能各项指标变化情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的患者的血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α变化情况分别为(625.69±102.11)U/mL、(52.32±9.64)ng/mL、(536.49±80.64)ng/mL,显著优于对照组(1 050.64±234.25)U/mL、(87.64±10.11)ng/mL、(897.24±70.64)ng/mL,血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α变化情况具有差异有统计学意义(t=26.320 8、15.991 0、21.282 5,P<0.05)实验组患者的患者的血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α变化情况显著优于对照组,血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α变化情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组有效率为80.00%(32/40),实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(χ~2=5.115,P<0.05)。结论信必可联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘效果良好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xinbike combined with montelukast sodium on serum IgE and pulmonary function in patients with cough variant asthma.Methods 80 patients with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were convenient enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the patient's date of admission.40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Xinbike alone,and the experimental group was treated with Xinbike combined with montelukast sodium.The vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced breathing volume(FEV1)in the first second,and changes in serum IgE,IL-4,TNF-α,and treatment effectiveness were observed.Results The experimental group had VC/(0.70±0.15)L,FVC/(0.73±0.08)L,and FEV1/(0.69±0.09)L.The control group patients were(0.65±0.02)L,(0.62±0.12)L,and(0.63±0.14)L,respectively.The changes of functional indicators were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.089 6,4.823 8,2.280 0,P<0.05).The changes of serum IgE,IL-4 and TNF-αin patients in the experimental group of(625.69±102.11)U/mL,(52.32±9.64)ng/mL,and(536.49±80.64)ng/mL,which were significantly better than the control groups(1 050.64±234.25)U/mL,(87.64±10.11)ng/mL,(897.24±70.64)ng/mL.The changes of IgE,IL-4 and TNF-αwere different and statistically significant(t=26.320 8,15.991 0,21.282 5,P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%(38/40),and the effective rate of the control group was 80.00%(32/40).The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=5.115,P<0.05).Conclusion Xinbike combined with montelukast sodium has a good effect on cough variant asthma and is worthy of promotion.
