带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤软组织缺损不同断蒂时间的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探究在实施带蒂皮瓣手术治疗手外伤受损时不同断蒂时间对于患者疾病康复的效果。方法随机选取2016年3月—2017年9月入该院治疗的需进行带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗手部软组织损伤的患者共112例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组断蒂时间为3周,观察组断蒂时间为2周,比较两组患者不同断蒂时间对于手部软组织损伤修复效果。结果观察组56例患者皮瓣存活率为96.43%,对照组56例患者皮瓣存活率为94.64%,数据间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=6.732,P>0.05)。两组患者皮瓣色泽、毛细血管反应以及针刺出血反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者的平均住院时间以及住院费用均高于观察组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用蒂部皮瓣移植术不同的断蒂时间对于疾病治疗效果无显著影响,但是断蒂时间过长会增加患者的经济负担。Objective To investigate the effect of different severing time on the rehabilitation of patients with pedicled flap surgery.Methods A total of 112 patients who underwent pedicle flap repair for hand soft tissue injury from March 2016 to September 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.For three weeks,the observation group had two days of stagnation time,and the effect of different severing time on the repair of hand soft tissue injury was compared between the two groups.Results The survival rate of flaps in the observation group was 96.43%.The survival rate of flaps in the control group was 94.64%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=6.732,P>0.05).There were no significant differences in flap color,capillary response and acupuncture hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).The average hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the control group were higher than the observation group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different severing time of pedicle flap transplantation has no significant effect on the treatment of disease,but too long severing time will increase the economic burden of patients.
