蔗糖铁注射液治疗缺铁性贫血的临床疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探究蔗糖铁注射液治疗缺铁性贫血的临床疗效和不良反应情况。方法方便选取于2012年3月—2017年6月该院接收的122例缺铁性贫血患者,以随机分组的方式分为研究组、对照组。研究组中的61例患者予以蔗糖铁注射液进行治疗,对照组中的61例患者予以琥珀酸亚铁进行治疗。对比分析两种药物治疗的临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,研究组的红细胞计数(3.55±0.35)×10^(12)/L、血红蛋白(120.46±10.48)g/L、血清铁蛋白(26.41±6.62)μg/L指标均显著高于对照组(3.01±0.25)×10^(12)/L、(102.41±10.6)g/L、(20.41±4.01)μg/L(t=9.805、9.444、6.054,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);研究组的总有效率(96.72%)显著高于对照组(86.89%)(χ~2=6.421,P=0.011);研究组的不良反应总发生率(4.92%)显著低于对照组(16.39%)(χ~2=6.909,P=0.008)。结论对缺铁性贫血患者采用蔗糖注射液进行治疗,既可改善相应的临床指标,又可显著缓解病情,疗效显著,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of iron sucrose injection in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 122 patients with iron deficiency anemia received from our hospital from March 2012 to June 2017 were convenient divided into study group and control group.61 patients in the study group were treated with iron sucrose injection,and 61 patients in the control group were treated with ferrous succinate.Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two drugs were compared.Results After treatment,the red blood cell count(3.55±0.35)×10^12/L,hemoglobin(120.46±10.48)g/L,and serum ferritin(26.41±6.62)μg/L were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(3.01±0.25)×1012/L,(102.41±10.6)g/L,(20.41±4.01)μg/L(t=9.805,9.444,6.054,P=0.000,0.000,0.000);The efficiency(96.72%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.89%)(χ^2=6.421,P=0.011);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.92%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.39%)(χ^2=6.909,P=0.008).Conclusion The treatment of patients with iron deficiency anemia with sucrose injection can not only improve the corresponding clinical indicators,but also significantly alleviate the disease.The curative effect is remarkable and it is worth promoting.
