中药足浴预防小儿高热惊厥的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究中药足浴预防对小儿高热惊厥睡眠质量及其不良情绪的影响效果。方法回顾分析该院2017年7月—2018年7月所收治的60例小儿高热惊厥患儿定为该次研究对象,根据患儿病例单双号将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患儿给予常规治疗与护理,观察组患儿以对照组为基础给予中药足浴以及综合护理,比较分析两组患儿治疗效果、家属护理满意度、血清指标水平以及相关指标。结果对照组与观察组相比较,观察组治疗效果较高,其中对照组治疗效果80.00%,观察组治疗效果96.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.403 1;P=0.044 3 <0.05);护理30 min后体温低于对照组,惊厥消失时间较早,住院时间较短,同时血清指标水平均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药预防小儿高热惊厥的效果较好,同时实施综合护理,可有效强化治疗效果,值得临床深究。Objective To investigate the effect of foot bath prevention on the quality of sleep and its adverse emotions in children with febrile seizures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 was designated as the study group.According to the single and double cases,the children were divided into the control group and the observation group.30 patients were treated with conventional treatment and nursing.The children in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The therapeutic effects,family nursing satisfaction,serum index and related indicators were compared.Results Compared with the observation group,the observation group had higher therapeutic effect,among which the treatment effect of the control group was 80.00%,and the treatment effect of the observation group was 96.67%,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=4.4031;P=0.044 3<0.05);the body temperature after 30 min of nursing compared with the control group,the time of convulsion disappeared earlier,the hospitalization time was shorter,and the serum index level was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in preventing febrile seizures in children.At the same time,comprehensive nursing can effectively strengthen the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical investigation.
