整体护理服务在偏执型精神分裂症患者社会功能中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析整体护理服务模式在偏执型精神分裂症患者社会功能中的作用。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年1月在该院治疗的100例偏执型精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),观察组采取整体护理服务模式,对照组采取常规护理模式。结果在护理前,两组间QOL、HAMD、PANSS与社会功能评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在护理后,观察组患者的QOL和社会功能评分显著高于对照组,HAMD[(11.87±2.39)分,(t=0.684 3)]、PANSS[(45.1±14.5)分,(t=7.867 4)]评分与不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施整体护理服务可以有效改善患者病情,提高偏执型精神分裂患者的生活质量和社会功能,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the role of holistic nursing service model in the social function of paranoid schizophrenia patients.Methods 100 patients with paranoid schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)with the overall care service model,the control group adopted a routine care model.Results There was no significant difference in QOL,HAMD,PANSS and social function scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After nursing,the QOL and social function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,HAMD[(11.87±2.39)points,(t=0.684 3)],PANSS[(45.1±14.5)points,(t=7.867 4)]and adverse events were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing services can effectively improve the patient's condition and improve the quality of life and social function of paranoid schizophrenic patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
