新生化汤口服液、缩宫素和益母草治疗药物流产后出血的效果比较

摘　　要：目的通过观察药物流产后阴道出血、中医证候等情况,比较分析了该院自拟中药新生化汤口服液与益母草和缩宫素的疗效,为防治药物流产后出血提供优质方案。方法方便选取该院2017年10月—2018年6月120例早孕药物流产的患者,药物流产后随机分成4组,每组30例。药物流产后随机分为空白组,益母草组,缩宫素组和新生化汤口服液组。分别观察患者流产后阴道流血天数、阴道流血量和中医证候改变情况,并在各组间进行比较。结果阴道流血时间新生化汤口服液组仅(7.07±1.66)d,益母草组(9.10±1.56)d,缩宫素组(11.17±1.68)d,空白组(12.07±1.83)d,新生化汤组和益母草组明显少于缩宫素和空白组(P<0.01),新生化汤组和益母草组间也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。阴道流血量少于月经量的空白组有0.00%,缩宫素组23.33%,益母草组30.00%,新生化汤组60.00%;各治疗组出血量均少于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而新生化汤组阴道出血量最少,与缩宫素组和益母草组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组中医疗效的结果对比显示:益母草组和新生化汤口服液组均好于缩宫素组(P<0.05),而且新生化汤口服液组与益母草组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该院制剂新生化汤口服液能显著减少药物流产后出血量和出血时间,有利于流产后子宫恢复,效果优于益母草和缩宫素。Objective To observe the effects of vaginal bleeding and TCM syndromes after drug abortion,and to compare the curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Xinshenghuatang oral liquid with motherwort and oxytocin,and provide a high-quality solution for prevention and treatment of post-abortion bleeding.Methods A total of 120 patients with early pregnancy medical abortion from October 2017 to June 2018 were conveniently enrolled.After medical abortion,they were randomly divided into 4 groups,30 in each group.After medical abortion,they were randomly divided into blank group,motherwort group,oxytocin group and Xinshenghuatang oral liquid group.The number of vaginal bleeding days,vaginal bleeding and TCM syndrome changes after abortion were observed and compared between groups.Results The vaginal bleeding time of Xinshenghuatang oral liquid group was only(7.07±1.66)d,the motherwort group was(9.10±1.56)d,the oxytocin group was(11.17±1.68)d,the blank group was(12.07±1.83)d,the Xinshenghuatang group and the motherwort group were significantly less than the contraction.There was also a statistically significant difference between the new biochemical decoction group and the motherwort group(P<0.01).The vaginal bleeding was less than 0.00%in the menstrual group,23.33%in the oxytocin group,30.00%in the motherwort group,and 60.00%in the new biochemical group.The bleeding volume in each treatment group was lower than that in the blank group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and Xinxuehuatang group had the least amount of vaginal bleeding,which was statistically significant different from oxytocin group and motherwort group(P<0.05).The results of medical efficacy in each group showed that both the motherwort group and the Xinshengtang oral liquid group were better than the oxytocin group(P<0.05),and there was also a statistically significant difference between the Xinshenghuatang oral liquid group and the motherwort group(P<0.01).Conclusion The preparation of Xinshenghuatang Oral Liq
