摘 要:低速泵抽是解决稠油、出砂、低孔低渗等复杂储层测压取样的关键技术,国外油田服务公司凭借该项技术长期垄断着该类储层的测压取样市场。结合中海油田服务有限公司研制的钻井中途油气层测试仪(EFDT)的特点,提出了2种降低泵速方式,即调节泵抽缸活塞比和控制泵抽缸流量;进一步研制了相应的低速泵抽设备,即小排量精密泵抽模块和宽频调速液压动力模块,并进行了室内测试、实验井测试及现场作业应用。本文研制的低速泵抽系统能大幅度降低与精准控制EFDT仪器泵抽速度,实现了对稠油、出砂、低孔渗等复杂储层的地层测试,极大地拓展了EFDT的应用范围,填补了国内空白。Low-speed pumping is the key technology for solving the pressure measurement sampling of complex reservoirs featured by heavy oil,sand production,low porosity and low permeability.Foreign oilfield service companies,depending on this technology,monopolizes the pressure measurement sampling market of such reservoirs.Combined with the characteristics of the Enhanced Formation Dynamic Tester(EFDT)developed by China Oilfield Services Limited,two low-speed pumping methods were proposed,namely,the pumping cylinder-piston ratio adjustment and the pumping cylinder flow rate controlling;one new corresponding low-speed pumping equipment was developed,namely the small displacement precision pumping module and hydraulic power module with wide frequency speed regulation,and were tested in lab,experimental well and field.The low-speed pumping system proposed in this paper can greatly reduce and accurately control the pumping speed of EFDT instruments,and realize the formation test of complex reservoirs,which greatly expands the application range of EFDT and fills the domestic technical gap.
