摘  要:以固相萃取(SPE)富集被测物,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)联用分析技术,建立阳澄湖水体中典型药品和个人护理用品(PPCPs)双氯芬酸、卡马西平的定量分析方法。选用亲水和亲脂平衡(HLB)小柱为固相萃取柱,水样经富集洗脱后通过UPLC-MS/MS检测,一个样品只需5 min即可完成分析。在最优条件下,目标物的线性范围可达0.1~20 ng/L,线性相关系数大于0. 995。双氯芬酸和卡马西平的最低检出限分别为0. 08 ng/L和0. 02 ng/L。目标物的加标回收率在80%~110%。试验建立的方法检出限低、回收率高、检测时间短,适用于阳澄湖水体中典型PPCPs目标物的同时检测。The detection of typical pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) diclofenac and carbamazepine in Yangchenghu Lake was studied by solid-phase extraction (SPE) with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).Through enrichment and elution by the use of hydrophilic and lipophilic balance (HLB) column,a sample could be analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS in only 5 minutes.Good linearity (≥0.995) could be obtained under the optimal condition when the target PPCPs were in the range of 0.1~20 ng/L.Detection limits of the method for diclofenac and carbamazepine were 0.08 ng/L and 0.02 ng/L,respectively.The recoveries of the two compounds were between 80% and 110%.With the advantages of low detection limit,high recovery rate and short detection time,this method was suitable for the simultaneous detection of typical PPCPs in Yangchenghu Lake.
