摘  要:泌尿系结石为泌尿外科的常见病、多发病,成人和儿童泌尿系结石的发病率均呈逐年上升趋势。但目前临床上因泌尿系结石就诊的患者大部分为成人,随着医学知识的普及和现代医学诊疗技术的不断提升,小儿泌尿系结石的患病率和就诊率逐年上升。因小儿肾脏具有特殊的解剖生理结构,其发病率与电解质、血脂代谢、24 h尿液分析以及激素等代谢异常具有一定相关性,充分了解其相关关系,对小儿泌尿系结石的预防和治疗将起到积极作用。Urinary calculi are common and frequently-occurring diseases in urology.The incidence of urinary calculi in adults and children is increasing year by year.However, most of the patients who are clinically diagnosed with urinary calculi are adults.With the popularization of medical knowledge and the improvement of modern medical diagnosis and treatment technologies,the prevalence and visiting rate of urinary calculi in children have increased year by year.Because children′s kidneys have special anatomical and physiological structures,the incidence is related to metabolic abnormalities such as electrolytes ,lipid metabolism,24-hour urine analysis,and hormones.Fully understanding the relationship will play a positive role in preventing and treating urinary calculi in children.
