摘　　要：人文交流是发展中国—东盟关系的重要基础,现已成为双方关系中继政治安全、经济贸易后的第三根支柱。中国和东盟的人文交流在机制建设、文化合作、教育合作、旅游合作、体育合作、科技合作等领域取得了一系列亮眼的成果。当前存在的主要问题:合作规模较小,影响力不强;民间参与度较低,限制较多;教育合作领域有限,层次结构欠合理;人文交流的广度与深度不足;民众相互了解仍处于较低水平;讲好中国故事的水平有待提高。为改进中国—东盟人文交流合作,建议加强交流机制建设、加强相互包容和信任、共同投入资源、创新人文交流方式、加强民间外交、规范旅游秩序、简化签证手续等。People-to-people and Cultural exchanges are an important foundation for the development of China-ASEAN relations.Now they have become the third pillar between the two sides following the political security and economic trade.The people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN have achieved a series of accomplishments in the fields of mechanism construction and cooperation on culture,education,tourism,sports and science and technology.However,such problems also exist as cooperation influence need to be improved,non-governmental exchanges need to be strengthened,the hierarchy of educational cooperation to be improved,the breadth and depth of people-to-people exchanges need to be expanded,the mutual understanding of the people need to be deepened,and the level of telling Chinese stories need to be improved.To solve these problems,we should improve mechanism construction,pool resources for sustainable development on the exchange,enhance inclusiveness and mutual trust,innovate people-to-people exchange methods,strengthen non-governmental exchanges,standardize tourism order,and streamline visa procedures.
