摘 要:医学科学是一门实践性很强的应用科学。临床实习是医学生向临床医师过渡的必由之路。由于实习生普遍缺乏保护患者隐私权的法律知识、不熟悉保护患者隐私权的基本内容,临床实践过程中常常发生无意的侵权行为。如何在充分尊重和保护患者隐私的前提下顺利完成实习,是医疗机构和实习生必需面对的问题,其中提高实习医学生对保护患者隐私权的认识是重要一环。诊断学是连接基础医学和临床医学的桥梁课,诊断学见习是理论联系实践、课堂联系临床的纽带。因此,除了加强宣教,在诊断学教学中渗透理念、让学生在潜移默化中提高对保护患者隐私权的认识是可行之举。Medical science is a practical applied science. The only way for medical students to grow into qualified clinicians is clinical practice. Due to the general lack of legal knowledge to protect patient’s right of privacy and be not familiar with the basic content of it, inadvertent infringement occurs frequently in clinical practice. How to complete the clinical practice with full respect and protection of patient’s right of privacy, which is the problem for the medical institutions and interns have to deal with. In particular, it is very important to improve the medical students' understanding of protecting patient’s right of privacy. Diagnostics is a bridge course between basic medicine and clinical medicine. Clinical practice of diagnostics is the link between theory and practice, classroom and practice. So, in addition to strengthening publicity and education, it is feasible to promote the understanding and infiltration of protecting patient’s right of privacy in medical students through formative influence in the course of diagnostics teaching.
