丙种球蛋白辅助乌司他丁在小儿川崎病患儿治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨丙种球蛋白辅助乌司他丁在小儿川崎病患儿治疗中的应用。方法选取2014年5月—2018年5月于我院进行治疗的小儿川崎病患儿86例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组给予阿司匹林联合丙种球蛋白治疗,研究组给予丙种球蛋白辅助乌司他丁治疗,对比两组患儿的临床症状改善情况及治疗前后冠状动脉内径水平。结果研究组临床症状改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前冠状动脉内径水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);研究组患儿治疗后冠状动脉内径水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在小儿川崎病的治疗中,丙种球蛋白辅助乌司他丁的治疗效果较为理想,可以有效缩短患儿临床症状消退时间,有效改善患儿的冠状动脉内径水平,使患儿的生活质量得到及时的提升。Objective To explore the application of ulinastatin in the treatment of children with kawasaki disease. Methods 86 children with Kawasaki disease treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with aspirin combined with gamma globulin. The study group was treated with gamma globulin and ulinastatin. The improvement of clinical symptoms and the level of coronary artery diameter before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in coronary artery diameter between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05). After treatment, the level of coronary artery diameter in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease, the effect of gamma globulin combined with ulinastatin is ideal. It can effectively shorten the time of clinical symptoms subsidence, improve the level of coronary artery diameter, and improve the quality of life of children in a timely manner.
