摘 要:为推断陕西石蒜的杂交起源和石蒜属种间及系统进化的关系,本文对野外采集的3个居群陕西石蒜的染色体核型进行了研究。结果表明:陕西石蒜的染色体核型为2n=30=3m+5st+22t,其中包含了3个中间着丝点染色体、5个近端着丝点染色体和22个末端着丝点染色体,这与江苏石蒜和香石蒜的染色体核型类似,表明陕西石蒜也为一个杂交起源种。根据染色体核型和野生群体分布种类的情况,推测陕西石蒜可能是中国石蒜与未减数分裂或四倍体石蒜的杂交后代。To date,the karyotype of almost species of genus Lycoris have been demonstrated except L.shaanxiensis and L.guangxiensis because of the absence of type specimens in herbarium and wild plants since published.The karyotype of L.shaanxiensis form three populations in wild was reported for the first time in this paper providing evidence for the origin of L.shaanxiensis and phylogenetic relationships in this Genus.The results showed that the karyotype formulae was 2n=30=3m+5st+22t,consisting of three metacentrics,five subtelocentrics and twenty-two telocentrics,which resembles L.houdyshelii and L.incarnata indicating L.shaanxiensis was a hybrid species as well.It is inferred that L.shaanxiensis is derived from a normal gamete of L.chinensis and an unreduced gamete of diploid L.radiata or a normal gamete of tetraploid L.radiata.
