乡村振兴战略视角下乡村历史文化保护及政府责任探析

摘　　要：在新时代乡村振兴战略推进过程中,应科学合理的规划和利用乡村历史文化资源,因地制宜地将乡村历史文化与经济发展相结合,在促进乡村历史文化繁荣发展的同时,带动乡村经济的可持续发展。本文以烟台市福山区富家社区为例,从自然景观、人文景观、家族文化三方面阐述其历史文化资源,分析在其开发过程中出现的问题,及政府应承担的责任,同时从保护意识的提高、参与机制的建立、专业人才的培养三个角度提出建议。In the process of promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the new era,we should scientifically and rationally plan and utilize the rural historical and cultural resources,and combine the rural historical culture with economic development according to local conditions,so as to promote the prosperity and development of rural historical and cultural,and promote the sustainable development of rural economy.Taking Fushan District of Yantai City as an example,this paper elaborated its historical and cultural resources from three aspects:natural landscape,humanistic landscape and family culture,analysed the problems in its development process and the responsibilities of the government,and put forward suggestions from three aspects:the improvement of protection consciousness,the establishment of participation mechanism and the cultivation of professional talents.
