摘  要:伴随着高校扩招,我国高校在校学生的数量逐渐增长,就业难的问题愈来愈激烈。过去对大学生就业方向的研讨主要集中在设置专业、就业辅导、公共服务、就业范围等层面上,但是把大学生人力资源和就业结合在一起来研讨的并不多。大学生是社会的人力资源,他们的就业问题关系着社会的安定与祖国的繁荣。因此,主要对基于人力资源理论的高校大学生就业能力培育策略进行探讨。With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of students in colleges and universities in China is gradually increasing, and the problem of difficult employment is becoming increasingly fierce. In the past, the research on the direction of college students' employment mainly focused on setting up majors, employment education, public services, employment scope and so on. However, there are few topics that combine human resources and employment of college students. College students are the human resources of the society. The employment of college students is closely related to social stability and prosperity of the motherland. This paper mainly discusses the cultivation strategies of university students' employability based on human resource theory.
