摘  要:目的探讨PDCA循环管理理论在呼吸科临床护理教学中的实践价值。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月在我院呼吸科实习且开展传统临床护理带教的39名护生作为对照组,选择同期实习且开展PDCA循环管理理论教学的另41名作为研究组。采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件统计,分析两组护生教学的质量及效果。结果研究组护生的护理理论知识成绩(91.36±1.62)分、操作技能(88.79±2.64)分及查体(90.68±1.59)分,均优于对照组的(82.49±2.47)分、(79.86±2.52)分、(81.46±2.05)分,差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理理论应用在呼吸科临床护理教学中的效果显著,不仅能够优化教学流程,而且还能够进一步提升护生的责任感及综合素质。Objective To explore the practical value of PDCA circulation management theory in clinical nursing teaching of respiratory department. Methods 39 nursing students who practised in respiratory department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 and taught traditional clinical nursing were selected as control group. 41 other students who practised in the same period and carried out the teaching of PDCA cycle management theory were selected as the research group. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the quality and effect of nursing students' teaching in two groups. Results The scores of nursing theory, operation skills and physical examination of nursing students in the study group (91.36±1.62) points,(88.79±2.64) points and (90.68±1.59) points were better than those of the control group (82.49±2.47) points,(79.86±2.52) points and (81.46±2.05) points, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of PDCA circulation management theory in clinical nursing teaching of respiratory department is effective, which can not only optimize the teaching process, but also further improve the sense of responsibility and comprehensive quality of nursing students.
