摘 要:虚拟手术系统可为实习学生和医生提供一个虚拟的手术环境,在视觉与触觉上为用户真实再现手术场景,可用于制定手术计划、术中引导、手术教学、手术技能培训和医生临床能力训练等,因此对该领域的研究在医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。在虚拟手术系统中,用户对视觉临场感和触觉真实感的要求日益增高,为了使虚拟手术仿真更逼真,提高仿真精度,本文对生物软组织的几何建模、物理建模和碰撞检测等关键技术进行了研究和对比。通过研究,虽然目前已经取得了很大的研究成果,但仍需在不同的虚拟手术环境中,综合考虑材质的特殊性,灵活运用不同的模型进行建模,以实现更佳的仿真效果。Virtual surgery system can provide a virtual surgical environment for interns and doctors. It can reproduce the real operation scene for users visually and tactilly. It can be used to make surgical plans, guide the operation, teach the operation, train the surgical skills and train the doctors' clinical ability. Therefore, the research in this field has broad application prospects in the medical field. In the virtual surgery system, users are increasingly demanding visual presence and tactile reality. In order to make the virtual surgery simulation more realistic and improve the simulation accuracy, this paper studies and compares the key technologies such as geometric modeling, physical modeling and collision detection of biological soft tissue. Through the research, although great achievements have been made, it is still necessary to consider the particularity of material in different virtual surgery environments, and flexibly use different models to model in order to achieve better simulation results.
