老年钙化性心瓣膜病的超声和临床表现研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年钙化性心瓣膜病的超声和临床表现。方法选取我院2017年8月—2018年8月就诊的30例老年患者作为研究对象。采用回顾性分析的方法,对患者行心脏超声心动图检查。结果经30例患者检查结果比较分析发现,老年钙化性心瓣膜病患者6例,主动脉瓣钙化与硬化患者3例,主动脉瓣及二尖瓣环钙化患者1例,二尖瓣环钙化患者2例。结论伴随年龄的增长,发生心脏瓣膜钙化几率也会随之提高,尤其左侧心脏瓣膜,导致心脏形态、血液动力学和心脏结构都有所改变,使得心血管疾病形成与发展的几率不断提高。将超声心动图应用于老年患者超声检查中,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To study the ultrasound and clinical manifestations of calcified valvular heart disease in the elderly. Methods 30 elderly patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects. Retrospective analysis was used to examine the patients with echocardiography. Results The results of 30 patients were compared and analyzed. 6 elderly patients with calcified valvular disease, 3 patients with aortic valve calcification and sclerosis, 1 patient with aortic and mitral annular calcification, and 2 patients with mitral annular calcification were found. Conclusion With the increase of age, the probability of cardiac valve calcification will also increase, especially the left heart valve, leading to changes in cardiac morphology, hemodynamics and cardiac structure, making the formation and development of cardiovascular diseases increasing. The application of echocardiography in the ultrasonic examination of elderly patients has a high clinical value.
