射频消蚀治疗小儿心动过速的心内电生理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨射频消蚀对小儿心动过速的心内电生理效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月我院收治的小儿室上性心动过速患者94例作为研究对象。所有患儿均进行心内电生理研究及射频消蚀治疗。分析患儿室上性心动过速类型、房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)旁路定位。结果 94例患儿均进行了心内电生理检查,94例患儿中除了2例自律性房性心动过速(AAT),3例心房扑动(AF)外,其他的89例患儿均进行了射频消蚀治疗,88例均成功,成功率为98.9%,其中复发了5例;62例AVRT均是AVN顺传型折返形式,A波在V-V间期前50%,62例患儿均进行射频消蚀治疗,59例均成功,成功率为95.2%,3例失败,为右侧壁房室旁路。结论小儿室上性心动过速治疗过程中,心内电生理研究及射频消蚀治疗疗效满意。Objective To investigate the electrophysiological effect of radiofrequency ablation on children with tachycardia. Methods 94 cases of children with supraventricular tachycardia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects. All the children were treated with endocardial electrophysiological study and radiofrequency ablation. The types of supraventricular tachycardia and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) bypass in children were analyzed. Results All the 94 children underwent endocardial electrophysiological examination. In addition to 2 cases of spontaneous atrial tachycardia (AAT) and 3 cases of atrial fluting (AF), all the other 89 children received radiofrequency ablation. 88 cases of them were successful, with a success rate of 98.9%, recurrence in 5 cases. All the 62 cases of AVRT were AVN anterograde retrorse forms. A-wave was 50% before the v-v interval, and all the 62 cases were treated with radiofrequency ablation. 59 cases were successful, with A success rate of 95.2%, and 3 cases failed, which were right side wall atrioventricular bypass. Conclusion in the treatment of supraventricular tachycardia in children, endocardial electrophysiological study and radiofrequency ablation are effective.
