摘 要:目的探讨生物锌对低血锌手足口病(hand foot and mouth disease,HFMD)患儿T-淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月—2016年3月门诊及住院的低血锌HFMD患儿30例,服用生物锌2个月;另选取同期体检健康儿童20例为正常组。两组分别检测红细胞锌和T-淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果服药前,低血锌HFMD患儿,与正常对照组儿童比较,红细胞锌和T-淋巴细胞亚群水平明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);服药后,低血锌HFMD患儿红细胞锌和T-淋巴细胞亚群水平明显升高,与正常对照组儿童比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论低血锌手足口病患儿细胞免疫能力可能降低;补锌后,低血锌手足口病患儿红细胞锌水平有所上升,细胞免疫能力有所提高。Objective To investigate the effect of biological zinc on children with hand, foot and mouth disease of low blood zinc T-lymphocyte subsets. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 30 children with low blood zinc HFMD in outpatient department and hospital were selected, biological zinc took 2 months, the other in healthy physical examination in 20 cases of children as normal control group, to detect the erythrocyte zinc levels and T-lymphocyte subsets. Results Before taking the low blood zinc in children with HFMD and normal control group of children, the level of erythrocyte zinc and T-lymphocyte subsets decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);after taking the low blood zinc in children with HFMD erythrocyte zinc and T-lymphocyte subsets level increased, and the normal control group children, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The ability of cell immunity in children with hand foot and mouth disease of low blood zinc may decrease;after treatment, low blood zinc in children with HFMD erythrocyte zinc levels increased, cell immunity ability improved.
