阿替普酶与尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗死的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究阿替普酶与尿激酶在治疗急性心肌梗死中的有效性和安全性。方法选取我院于2016年2月—2018年5月收治的85例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将纳入样本随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(42例)。对照组单独采用尿激酶治疗,观察组采用阿替普酶治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果和安全性。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.9%,心血管不良事件发生率为12.0%;对照组临床治疗总有效率为76.8%,心血管不良事件发生率为30.2%,观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死治疗中,阿替普酶治疗的疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of alteplase combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 85 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The samples were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (42 cases). The control group was treated with urokinase alone. The observation group was treated with alteplase. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%, and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was 12.0%. The total effective rate was 76.8% and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was 30.2% in the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute myocardial infarction, the combination of alteplase and urokinase has obvious curative effect and high safety.
