药穴指压疗法对胃食管反流病患者食管动力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补中通降汤配合药穴指压疗法对胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)患者食管动力的影响。方法选择2016年3月-—2018年3月在我院诊治的120例GERD患者作为研究对象。对照组60例给予补中通降汤加减治疗,观察组60例在对照组治疗的基础上,给予药穴指压疗法,观察治疗4周后两组食管动力的变化及疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的括约肌静息压及长度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中通降汤配合药穴指压疗法治疗GERD能增强食管体部蠕动强度,改善括约肌功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of buzhong tongjiang decoction combined with acupoint finger pressure therapy on esophageal motility in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 120 patients with GERD who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects. 60 patients in the control group were treated with buzhong tongjiang decoction, and 60 patients in the observation group were treated with medicated acupoint finger pressure therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The changes of esophageal motility and the curative effect of the two groups were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate (96.67%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sphincter rest pressure and length in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of GERD with buzhong tongjiang decoction combined with acupoint digital pressure therapy can enhance the peristaltic strength of the esophagus and improve the function of the sphincter muscle, which has a significant clinical effect .
