加速康复外科理念在肺癌手术优质护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科理论在肺癌手术优质护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的肺癌手术患者96例作为研究对象。根据护理方法不同,将其分为研究组(n=48)以及对照组(n=48)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上,通过实施加速康复外科理念进行优质护理,比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果经过干预,两组患者SAS、SDS水平均存在一定幅度下降,但研究组水平较对照组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组满意度(95.83%)较对照组(83.33%)更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组术后住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肺癌患者手术治疗期间,实施加速康复外科理念进行优质护理可改善患者负面情绪,并促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery theory in quality nursing care of lung cancer surgery. Methods 96 cases of patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The control group received routine nursing. On this basis, the research group carried out quality nursing by implementing the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the level of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased to a certain extent, but the level in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group (95.83%) was higher than that of the control group (83.33%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the operation of lung cancer patients, the implementation of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for quality nursing can improve the negative emotions of patients, and promote the recovery of patients.
